NorthZero PCs Limited Warranty

At NorthZero PCs, we take pride in building reliable, high-performance systems. Every PC is professionally assembled, stress tested, and inspected before delivery or pickup. This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided with your purchase.


Warranty Coverage

NorthZero PCs includes a 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice.

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects
  • Component failure under normal use
  • Build-related issues
  • Cooling or fan failures
  • Power supply failures
  • Stability issues caused by installed hardware

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, NorthZero PCs will diagnose and repair the system at no labour cost.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Damage from improper transportation
  • Cosmetic wear or scratches
  • Software issues caused by third-party programs
  • Viruses or malware
  • User-overclocking or BIOS modifications
  • Mining-related damage
  • Damage caused by power surges or improper power supplies
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Used & Refurbished Components

Some systems may contain a mix of new and professionally tested used/refurbished components unless otherwise specified.

All used components are tested for stability and performance before installation.


Warranty Service Process

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact NorthZero PCs with your order information and a description of the problem.
  2. Troubleshooting may be required before a repair is approved.
  3. If necessary, the system must be returned for inspection and testing.

Customers are responsible for transportation/shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.


Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your PC arrives non-functional or damaged during pickup/delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the system.


Data & Software Disclaimer

NorthZero PCs is not responsible for:

  • Lost files or personal data
  • Software corruption
  • Game/account issues
  • Reinstallation of third-party software

Customers are responsible for backing up important data before warranty service.


Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

  • Warranty stickers or serial numbers are removed
  • Components are replaced or modified without approval
  • The system shows signs of misuse or tampering
  • Damage is caused by improper installation of additional hardware

Performance Disclaimer

FPS estimates, benchmark results, and gaming performance may vary depending on:

  • Game updates
  • Driver versions
  • In-game settings
  • Monitor resolution
  • Background applications
