NorthZero PCs offers shipping across Canada on select products and systems. We aim to ensure every order arrives safely, securely packaged, and ready to use.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within:
- 1–5 business days for prebuilt systems
- 3–10 business days for custom-built systems
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Part availability
- Build complexity
- Testing and quality control procedures
- Seasonal demand
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

We use trusted carriers such as:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator
Shipping methods may vary depending on package size, destination, and availability.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

For international shipping inquiries, customers must contact us directly before ordering.
Pickup Orders
Local pickup may be available in:
- Markham, Ontario
Customers will be contacted once the order is ready for pickup.
Valid identification may be required at pickup.

- Canada-wide: 2–7 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Packaging & Protection
All systems are carefully packaged to help prevent shipping damage, including:
- Internal component protection
- Foam or protective packaging materials
- Secure outer boxing
We recommend customers inspect the package upon arrival.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and product immediately.
- Contact NorthZero PCs within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection purposes.
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
NorthZero PCs is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to incorrect customer information
- Additional carrier fees caused by address corrections.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NorthZero PCs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
